Very balanced hand weights.
Best hand weights available. Easy to use and more balanced than the dumbbell style. A little pricey but what high end item isn't?

There's just something about these weights
There's something about these weight plates that I really like. Maybe it's because they're more ergonomic to hold when I'm exercising. Maybe it's because they're versatile... You can grab them by the middle handle or by one of their edges. I just find them easier and more enjoyable to use than dumbbells. I bought the light ones, but I plan to add to my collection by getting heavier ones eventually. They're not cheap, but once you buy them, you ought to have them for a lifetime.
