Fiddly app, 180dpi, but it's good enough
The iOS app for it is clunky (e.g. some of the buttons don't fit on screen if you have enlarged text or button borders enabled in iOS settings), but it's capable enough to get the job done (it's possible to print pre-defined icons/symbols too, and import a custom design from a PDF). The printing resolution is good enough to be readable, but pixelation is noticeable up close (lower res than a smartphone screen), so the labels look like DIY and not professional prints. Pairing via Bluetooth works, although I need to pair it again if it's been powered off. The labels are durable and don't smudge.

Brilliant label printer
I’ve been using this for a while now and use it all the time. The print quality is excellent and the labels themselves feel really durable and well made, which makes a big difference if you’re using them on boxes, cables, shelves etc. The app is also much better than I was expecting. It’s easy to use, quick to connect, and makes designing labels straightforward without feeling clunky or limited. That alone makes the whole experience much nicer compared to cheaper label printers I’ve used in the past. The only real downside is the cost of the tapes. That said, the quality is there, and I’ve found I’m happier paying a bit more for labels that look good and last rather than constantly reprinting faded or peeling ones. Overall, it’s been incredibly useful, to the point that I’ve recommended it to friends and colleagues. If you like things organised and labelled properly, this is a very solid bit of kit despite the ongoing tape cost.

Not what you would expect from Epson (very quirky device) but prints well.
Nice little printer. Works well when connected. The process of editing and writing labels is cumbersome since you have to use a phone to do that. There is no Computer software and there is no way of direct connection to a PC. Portable but not practical. The weird thing is, it is still using AA batteries (6 of them) when it should have been designed with a rechargeable Li-ion battery. It does work fine without batteries when plugged in mains via the provided adapter. Again instead of using USB-C, it is using a propriety 11V adapter. Printing is of good quality.
