would these be compatible with spectra to nanobebe bottles?

I can’t answer for Nanobebe, but I’ve used these with my Spectra S2 and these other brands of standard mouth bottles and they work fine: Gerber First Essentials, Parent’s Choice, Medela, Nenesupply.

could you use this adapter for the Avent pump to use with smaller bottles?

I would think so.. I used it with the spectra to medela bottle. If you can just get different flanges. These came loose very easy
