Honestly amazing. I had a medical bracelet that just had a couple words on it because the texts for those things, especially necklaces are really limited and wouldn’t let me put all that I needed to put. I found this while scrolling trying to find one that would work for me. I saw the good reviews and decided to give it a try, it’s AMAZING. It lets you know to try it on first and test it before setting up the QR code and password. It was the easiest set up ever. It has certain areas to put what you need to put in case of an emergency. Like important notes that they’ll need to see first when scanning the QR code, it allows you to add photos which I used to put pictures of my family in case they needed to know what they looked like to confirm they’re my family.It lets you put your doctors name, phone number, etc. blood type, diagnosis’s, past medical procedures, past diagnosis’s, medicines, life saving medicines on hand or that they might need, etc. It’s amazing and I’m glad I decided to buy it. They also sent me a email a couple days after I received it just to follow up and make sure everything was going well and that I liked it, they were kind and sincere in the email. As well as they added cute and also funny tiny gifs that show their effort in making sure everything is okay. You won’t regret buying this.

My husband’s a prior marine and only wears a crucifix around his neck and no other jewelry. I purchased this for him because of his heart condition and medication’s that he is on a medical professional would need to know. He likes the chain and the simplicity of it. I forwarded this to my sister-in-law for her to look at one and it is more dainty and so it is definitely a must have

I bought this for my parents. We added their current medication information, allergies, past operation history and any other pertinent medical information. Even added a picture of my mom and dad to to their individual medical file. This is an amazing product and you can add/update information at any time. Would highly recommend!

The red paint has already peeled about halfway off and I’ve only been wearing for 10 days. I specifically ordered the one with red paint because it just makes it that much more visible and easier to spot in an emergency. I ended up just putting this away in a drawer as a backup and I went and bought from my original brand that I love called MyID they are great quality and have a 1 year warranty. Also the layout of the information when scanned is easier to navigate and I love the convenience of the app

Overall I like the product. It is good quality both the tag and the color in the engraving. However, and maybe I should have read the entire description but I thought it was going to be about the size of a dog tag and it's about 1/3 that size. But that's ok, as I said I still really like it. The app is functional just a wonky.

I got this just as a a precaution, as i had been having some heart issues. I never imagined that it would actually come into use. Then i had an issue with my heart where an ambulance had to be called. The paramedics actually scanned the necklace and got a lot of the information on various conditions i had, doctors i was being treated by, medicines i was allergic to, medicines i was taking etc. You cant fit all that info on regular medic alert bracelets. Hence the genius of having a website that can be contacted via scanning the necklace/bracelet. 100 stars!!!

Fortunately I haven’t had to use this. Unfortunately I got it because I could have used this in a recent medical emergency! This is really neat. You can upload a photo and submit ample information about medication, medical history, list multiple contacts, etc.I highly recommend this if you have any kind of medical condition that could ever turn into an emergency situation.
