I wear a women’s 8 what size should I order?

I am a size 8 in women's shoes, and got a SMALL size. Mistake. I am now ordering a medium. It is so hard to get the small size on, so hoping the Medium will work better.

I wear a 8/12 w. I am a woman Will a m fit a wide or extra ww fit me..?

I wear a 9.5 wide and Size L fit me. They are a nice fin, soft material, and I would say it fits a wide foot since it fit mine. Hope that helps a little bit

How is wieght of swimming fins?

The weight changes with the size. For size XXL, the net weight of the pair is around 1.46 pounds.

Are these good for a 13yr old who wears a W 8 with a very narrow, low volume foot? What size small or medium?

I normally wear a W 7 1/2 and my feet aren't narrow at all. I'm using the small and it fits well. In fact it may have even stretched out a little. I'd get both the small and medium and see if either fit well and then return one of them. The rubber is soft and I have not gotten any blisters. If either are a little big your child could try wearing a pair of socks too
