I was reluctant to buy this legless chair because of the price. I justified it by telling myself a legged office chair is at least two hundred clams, and my spine is priceless. I love this legless wonder! It is super comfortable. I do not feel the hard seat that others mention, but instead I feel great support. The other floor chairs for purchase do not seem stable enough for me even though I only weight 160 pounds. I wanted an upright back, not one that even slightly slouches backwards, meaning I would have to crane my neck forward to read. This chair is upright just the way I wanted! It works well even on my couch, which I appreciate when I want to sit up and use my laptop. There is nothing to put together, it simply folds open and is ready to go. It weighs approximately 8 or 9 pounds. I have used it on my couch, on the living room floor, on my bed to sit up and watch TV and not lean on/stress the headboard. I plan to use it on the ground in the springtime at the park. I will use it by my wooden goban when playing Go from the floor with my friends. If I'm playing checkers on the floor with my kids, I will turn to this chair. Many uses! The plastic uprights for the back support are solid and inflexible, which is good. There is no seat angle adjustment, which is fine by me as I can slouch into various positions as needed. The back does, however, pivot on the round areas pictured on the uprights; that is to say, although the back does not recline at all, it does pivot in the middle of the supports so that is one leans back or reaches up to stretch, there is some accommodation from the seat back. The seat pad is very contoured with a pocket for the bum bum and a lower front for the backs of my thighs. The web back (I got the wine colored one, which is beautiful) is supportive and has slight "give" for comfort but is not too "slingy" to allow excessive play on back support. The built-in handle is easy to use, generous to the hand, not sharp to grab and hold, and is smartly molded into the balance point for the chair to make carrying easy. When folded, the chair is self-supported in remaining upright so that it takes up less space. This chair may not be what someone would want for pure relaxation as it is upright positioning is not for pure relaxation. It's really for someone that wants to work, use a laptop, watch TV, add back support to a couch, sit upright in bed, sit upright to eat from the floor, to place on the fireplace to sit at family gatherings, to use at a bleacher or picnic, to sit on the tailgate of their pickup truck, to sit on the front of back porch stairs of their house, to garden for prolonged periods, etc. I really like it and will update this review if I run into problems. Thank you.

Product review: yes it’s comfortable (140lb) and was worth my money. Would buy a third is I had a use for it 4 stars for comfort (5 being like sitting on air so to speak) 4 stars for the joints, not sure how they are made but they seem smaller then what i would like, and i think it’s made of plastic, i would like a video from the company and other parties showing a durability test on it. 5 stars for the tilt 5 stars for back support Floor gang How I used it: I had a very specific use case for why I bought this and why I bought a second on, so the original reason was that my partner was complaining about their back when using their laptop sitting at the edge of the bed, so I bought this because I honestly don’t want junk and this product is comfortable to use when placed on any even soils surface. I will say that when it’s used on a bed it will lean and makes it weird to use something but the base of the chair (without legs) doesn’t move and you can lean back and the back rest will tilt a LOT “people who made this, you get points for the tilt feature”. Now the reason I bought a second one was because my old computer chair was to big to use with a U shaped desk, so I took the back rest off my computer chair and put the legless chair on what reminded and to my surprise it didn’t throw me to the ground for how cursed this is, but i can fully lend back with no problem the remainder of my computer chair will also lean back and the legless chair so don’t move even when my feet can’t touch the ground anymore, not suggesting you do it, the only thing I wish is that it had attachable arm rest, and feet rest do to not being able to touch the ground when using it at the edge of the bed, and a head rest from long hour use, my big brain makes my head really tired and my neck needs a break ever once and awhile. And if it had a attachable bottom that would be amazing, i would love this chair if it had a office style chair legs that i could just set it on or latch it on too, I will say my bed is a more firm bed, which helps support the chair But makes movie nights in the bedroom nice

I've searched high and low for a decent floor chair that provides actual back support, and all the ones I've tried previously were huge disappointments. THIS is the chair I was looking for. It is expensive, yes, but if you are a dedicated floor sitter, it's think it's worth the investment for back health. The contoured seat is firm but feels great, and the back rest cradles the back perfectly and keeps you in a proper upright and aligned position, suitable for work at a low table. It is a bit heavy, so I wouldn't say it's great for carrying around to festivals or whatnot. But that wasn't what I bought it for. This feels like a good ergonomic office chair, minus the legs, and that's what I wanted. Highly recommended!
