Could be a good laptop
This was a brilliant laptop had everything I wanted, fast and compactPity it wouldn’t charge up the battery, it arrived showing 61% charge but declined to zero and would only work on mains powerReturned for a refund

Superb deal from start to finish.
Wow, this has to be one of my best purchases ever. The laptop was in perfect condition and the seller even had a document in the box to explain how to set up the battery for maximum effectiveness. The laptop is turned on at around 7:00 am and goes off again at 23:00 pm with just a few hours standing with the lid down. I charge it at lunch time every two days and it does well.I bought my first computer in the early 70's (an Oric1 - 1MB) and upgraded almost every year but this is the fastest laptop I have ever owned. I only ordered it as a standby until my new gaming quality PC arrived, it is now here but I am still happy to spend most of my day on this laptop.

good value but not perfect.
Ok so it came with a US English keypad but I expected that. It is in excellent condition because I detect the casing finish has been recoated. Evidence of this , they managed to paint over the battery charge indicator LED on the front edge of the casing! Bit careless. I had to carefully scrape the coating off the tiny lens. But anyway it's a Dell latitude with Windows 11 Pro and works perfectly.

Good communication to resolve issue.
Initial configuration issue that needed to be resolved hence a 4. However, very good after sales communication and Excellent condition. Really good value for money. Would buy again
