excellent product

great price and quantity. i mix it in room temp water and chug it. its quite flavorless but does have just a twinge of something there. just basic, pure glutamine powder. i haven’t been using it long enough to notice any side effects. i haven’t seen issues with settling but i do drink it quick. i use a frother mixer to mix it in. the texture is very interesting and hard to explain but you can kind of see it in the photo i took, where it’s clinging the the side of the scoop. kind of like a fake snow texture.

I got this product for my teenage athlete son to hopefully help him grow a bit taller & help with his hydration and endurance during intense exercise. (He's a football player) His height have been stagnant for over 6 months But within 3 weeks of taking this product he had grew half an inch! He never got any kind of upset stomach or negative side effects from taking this either. He takes it at night 30 minutes before going to sleep. And now we've started doing a dose 30 minutes before football camp and we noticed that he doesn't dehydrate, fatigue or cramp the way he was before. I do recommend this product for athletes. I've got it on autoship. Also the consistency is much like powdered sugar and it dissolves very quickly and easily into water and the water turns back almost clear. We do about 4-5 oz of water with one scoop of powder and then we add a just a little bit of one of those flavored water packets to give it a good flavor. This works perfectly.

the product itself is great helps for recovery. however i which they changed the container. too tall and narrow. once i’m half ways through the powder, i have to start squeezing my hand into the container to reach the glutamine, even use my finger tips to hold the scoop.
