Good stuff

This is a great L-Glutamine supplement. It's excellent for recovery. It dissolves very quickly and does not add any discernible taste to whatever you mix it to. Works great with creatine mixed into a protein shake or hydration drink.

✅ Best I have used so far. I love how easy it is to mix into my protein for a post work out meal. ✅. I have gained 5 lbs of lean muscle while on this glutamine and it also helps to make me blast longer in my workouts ✅. I love the way this last 2 months so my money goes a long way.. perfect value ✅ I used to take the pill form of glutamine but the mix is better and faster for protein synthesis. The pill size version is about the shape of a dime. ✅. I mix 1 scoop (1 serving) in 16oz of water and this mixes very well with no residue on bottle.

Would be 5 stars if the container were slightly smaller. It’s not filled all the way, so there is a waste of space and it is hard for me to reach all the way down.

I got this product for my teenage athlete son to hopefully help him grow a bit taller & help with his hydration and endurance during intense exercise. (He's a football player) His height have been stagnant for over 6 months But within 3 weeks of taking this product he had grew half an inch! He never got any kind of upset stomach or negative side effects from taking this either. He takes it at night 30 minutes before going to sleep. And now we've started doing a dose 30 minutes before football camp and we noticed that he doesn't dehydrate, fatigue or cramp the way he was before. I do recommend this product for athletes. I've got it on autoship. Also the consistency is much like powdered sugar and it dissolves very quickly and easily into water and the water turns back almost clear. We do about 4-5 oz of water with one scoop of powder and then we add a just a little bit of one of those flavored water packets to give it a good flavor. This works perfectly.
