Five+ devices in one, meticulously designed, and carefully crafted to perfection!!
[INTRODUCTION] Put simply, if you can afford this device, and have a reasonable use-case-scenario, then do yourself a favor and buy this when it fits your budget!! Here are the top features I was looking for in a so-called high-end measuring device (jump to FEATURES for more detail): ( 1 = I'm a doctor, not a fu-, 2 = meh, 3 = could be worth it, 4 = beam me up, and 5 = perfection ): [4] Beauty [4] Readability [5] Weight [5] Size [4] Audio [5] Recharging [5+] Functionality [5+++] Extra Features Possible Use-Case Scenarios: - Need to quickly know the angles involved to bounce light from outside, to your vaulted ceilings, to heat your bathtub with your Egyptian mirrors? - Want to know the distance between you and your neighbors front doors, without including the length of the blowup dolls laid out between, without even leaving your front porch? - Would you like to know if several items from Ikea (stacked top-to-bottom) would fit snuggly in the cave behind your house? [FEATURES] _BEAUTY* First, I know, I know, a 4 to start off with right?!? She's a beauty to be certain . . . however this color of gray makes it hard to spot from a yard or two away. * Second, there's something not very eye-catching about it. The silver lining perhaps. . . nobody would steal it in public!!! ;) _READABILITY* A couple reasons for a 4-rating here: 1 - The UI being so daunting in the beginning. 2 - My eyesight isn't bad enough yet, but I can tell that the font size could require reading glasses in the near future Thankfully, a little experience with the device is all you need to appreciate the always-displayed information. _WEIGHT Much lighter than you'd expect. And just barely weighty enough to keep from flying out of your hands by a strong gust of wind. _SIZE* Strikes another fine balance between fitting perfectly fitting in one hand, while comfortably sharing pocket space with your keys and/or cell phone. The little ridges along the edges couple nicely with the smooth gunmetal finish to again lend to a quality and firm feel. _AUDIO* Rather simple, but effective. The beeps are nice, short-and-sweet sounds to align with button presses, while also being calm enough to not encroach on the obnoxious. _RECHARGING* USB-C support for future-proofed charging . . . 'nuff said. _FUNCTIONALITY* The first time you see the screen pop up, what normally would be 5 separate devices-worth of functionality, is now crammed into one tiny little screen. Thankfully, once you identify the main measurement number then you can immediately begin utilizing the device effectively. CIGMAN's summarized list of functionalities: - Addition and Subtraction - Continuous (real-time measuring) - Area and Volume - Angles and Altimetry - Wall Area - Pythagorean - Level _EXTRA FEATURES The strong magnet allows you to store this in very convenient locations, from your fridge to your door and beyond, it will always be an arms reach away from your next project. Plus its obvious uses in stability, etc. for measuring with a steady "hand". Included storage box. This device is so smooth and lightweight that including a storage container is all but necessary to protect our investment. Easily could've and would've been avoided to cut costs from most sellers. Pre-packaged with a string to hang it. So many sellers leave us with a loop for the hanging string and then don't include it to save on costs. Especially considering it's already magnetic AND they gave us a storage box, the fact that they included this anyway is just a beautiful thing to see. Double lasers?!? I almost forgot to mention this feature. This ensures that your full room measurements will be 100% accurate. If you're like me you won't appreciate how important this feature is until you use it a couple times, and I guarantee you will be using A LOT. Measurement adjustments from Meters > Meters / 10 > Inches > Feet. Again, words and my endorsement can't do this feature justice. It could've easily been Meters and Inches, or Meters and Feet, or heck just Meters. Getting all of this included as a single-press, real-time adjustment is jaw-dropping in action. Aiming at a wall to get a measurement, hitting add or subtract with a single button, and snagging another one button measurement to get the difference gives me a rush of excitement each time. What was normally nothing to look forward to, is now an exciting activity that will make you giddy for the next step in your project. Saving results is pretty expected for a calculator device. Except this isn't a calculator per se, so yet another greater appreciated addition that wasn't excluded. One-press-buttons for on/off, memory-saving, option-adjusting, maths, laser measurement activation, etc. is probably THE neatest feature of the whole device. What often feels like "of course that's how it should work" could easily have been 10 more buttons or sliders or whatever on different parts of the device. This should NOT be taken for granted and again shows the amount of care put into the design here. As a programmer I know how much more complicated this "little" feature adds to the plethora of scenarios you have to code for to ensure ease of use, stability, etc. The green laser!! I'm not sure what kind of sorcery was used to accurately capture the reflection of a green laser light from hundreds of feet away. [SUMMARY] At $15 per feature, the price of pizza, in order to get lifetime access to their short list of important features: - Addition and Subtraction - Continuous (real-time measuring) - Area and Volume - Angles and Altimetry - Wall Area - Pythagorean * _RECOMMENDATIONS (NOT part of the in the review above and simply my own observations and desires) 1. An alternative, simplified display for generic measurement use. Preferably a manual toggle on the side for "easy-mode". Thinking of something like the OnePlus Fold's Vibrate/Mute toggle. 2. A couple different color options would be greatly appreciated and make it really "pop" when sitting next to other devices and tools. 3. However, I can envision this being used in workshops, etc. and not being loud enough. A tiny volume slider to raise or lower the beeping audio levels would be *chef's kiss* perfection! We're looking at you 3DS!! 4. I feel like it could be thinner based on it's weight feeling so light. However, not if it's at the cost of any functionality like the laser magnifier and/or light catching technology. 5. It seems like a tiny solar panel on the back would eliminate the need for a separate pocket-size $20 solar battery. 6. Potentially even better, utilizing the entire surface on the front and/or back for additional screen space would be priceless. 7. A Bluetooth feature could solve several of the "issues" by replacing the dependence on the tiny screen, sound, size, etc., with a tablet's display. Now I'm off to finally remove the protection tape and apply my own screen protectors!

Sweet Laser Measure
Really nice tool. Has many options so it does everything. Only issue is needed to read instructions and get used to how it is set up. It is logical but not intuitive. Nevertheless this is an awesome piece I am very happy having purchased!

don't run over it
loved it. used it one time to measure cable length in church. very impressive. put in side truck door panel, it fail out, went under tire, ran over it, and broken. so sad. be careful not to run over it. 5 stars.

Accuracy is great! Happy with purchase. Double-beam is actually useful.
First thing: Accuracy - As soon as I received it, I checked extensively, and the accuracy is as good or better than the +/- 1/16 inch as claimed. After using it for a few weeks, real world accuracy as actually better than using a tape measure because there are no pencil lines, parallax and other such concerns. Oh, and it ends up being quicker about, especially this two-beam (bilateral) model. Very pleased with purchase! My biggest trouble has been learning to navigate the functions, so I made a full-size reference for myself to put in the nice case that was provided, and a mini-size reference to tape onto the back of the unit (see photos).

Another tool in the toolbox
I like it! Iโve use it a few times so far for elevation running airlines. The laser measurement tool I as described by Cigman. I havenโt use the other build in measurement modes, but Iโm positive that it will come in handy. So far no issues with this tool. Would I recommend itโฆYes. Itโs compact, it has a strong magnet at the back of the tool, the green laser is easily visible, easy to use, well made,, and for the price you pay for it, worth it. Why 4 stars? I havenโt found a perfect tool yet.)

Excellent for vertical measurements
I use this weekly as an architect who measures ceiling heights and doesnโt want to crouch down to use a standard type laser measure device. Also helpful for overall room distances where you canโt start from a wall. Accuracy is very good for the cost of this laser. Iโve tested the measurements against Leica Distos and Bosch lasers I own.

Great tool for precise measurements.
Great tool. Worth the price.

Laser Measure 120M, CIGMAN CD-60G Laser Tape Measure - Wow, Iโm impressed!
I'm a DIY-er enjoying finding new home improvement projects so when I saw this meter I had to add it to my tool collection. I already have one laser meter but what particularly attracted me to this one is bubble level, larger distance (120m) than what my current meter can do and last but not least - two lasers. Where do I start? Meter comes in a very nice hardcover protective casing which will ensure durability and avoid damaging. Personally Iโd prefer a smaller case that can be attached to a pants belt, but thatโs just me. From the moment you pull the meter out of the casing it screams high-quality. Body is mimicking aluminum but it is't just rigid plastic, however, there is more - itโs magnetic! Very nice feature so you can stick it on metal objects while doing measurements. Display is color and very clearly presents values. I absolutely love the built-in gyroscope, so the display picture will rotate as you work with the device. As I mentioned in the introduction, there are two lasters, front and rear. Think about this for a second. You are in a room and want to measure end-to-end dimensions but on one side of the wall you have shelves so you can't easily reach the wall surface and on the other you have some furniture so itโs even more difficult to get to the bare wall to place a typical laser meter. With this meter, all you need to do is stand wherever you want and press measurements. Laster will go in both directions and on display you will see total length, and segments left and right from the device. Feels like Sith from Star Wars, double-bladed sword instead of Jedi single light saber LOL :-) Absolutely amazing! Also, long press on the laser beam button will enter โcontinuousโ mode which will be followed by repetitive beeping sound and measure will be real time as you move the meter. Last, Iโll touch on various operations that this device can do. Or course, you can change how you are measuring distance, for example dual laser single laser from back side of device or front side of device. In addition it supports various geometrical functions from calculating area, volume to using pythagorean theorem and measuring under angle (measuring diagonal) while calculating side a and b. One more thing, in meter casing you also get a small card (size of business card) made of reflective plastic which is, I guess, used when you want to measure something that doesnโt have a protruding surface so you can target it with a laser, like how you would measure your table length. This obviously for smaller objects where you can keep cards as a laser target and measure precisely. I tried it out and works great Conclusion: this is a high quality meter equipped with features that if youโre not professional you probably wonโt use some of those. I am very impressed with this product and can recommend it. Final verdict: 5 stars

Very Sophisticated Device
This laser measuring tool comes with a pretty big manual inside the case and there's a reason for that. It has a LOT of advanced functions that my older simple Bosch tool doesn't. I definitely recommend going through the manual and playing around with the device to get familiar with it. The manual is not too awful as far as these things go. That being said, some of the functions are pretty obvious and I didn't have much trouble getting started. The display is very clear and the interface is pretty good. It basically prompts you for what input it wants next, for example with area measurements. The display brightness is more than adequate for indoor use, but it's kind of hard to see outdoors. I don't see any way to adjust screen brightness. Angle measurement - this still seems a little quirky to me. It definitely measures angle in 2 planes. Only the back of the unit is magnetic, though. It's a little unclear to me which plane is the current angle displayed. The display does automatically rotate to give a hint, but a clear prompt would be nice. Double laser - This is a unique feature that's very useful for example to measure the area of of a room where you don't have clear access to the walls to hold a normal laser tool up against. Here the level indication comes in handy, to help make sure you are perpendicular to the floor when holding the device. You'll need a visual reference or hold one edge of the device against a perpendicular wall to get a more accurate measurement. Overall using this method won't be super-precise, but it can really come in handy for a quick estimate. The green lasers are very easy to see. Accuracy -- I tested this against my Bosch laser which I trust, and it seems to be just as accurate. Unit comes with a good quality case that the manual fits inside, which is a real plus, since there's no way I can memorise how all the functions work. There is also a reflective card and a USB charge cable. Battery -- That leads me to a general complaint of so many rechargeable devices sold nowadays that do not have replaceable (or easily replaceable) battery packs. What happens with this device once the finite number of battery cycles is used up? Do you just throw the whole thing in the garbage? Don't get me wrong, this is not a unique problem with this laser measurement tool -- this goes for everything from phones, ear-pods, smart watches, etc., etc. This tool is not cheap, and I'd hate to have to replace it just because the battery eventually goes kaput (as it certainly will)? Hopefully I won't have to worry about that for a long time with this laser tool. The build quality is very solid with the main chassis being aluminum. Overall, I highly recommend this laser measuring tool. You'd have to spend a lot more money for a name brand one, but I don't see any advantage to that. This tool is definitely up to the job, minor quirks aside.

One of the best laser measures I've ever used!
I cant find anything wrong with this laser measure! Its built really well, is very feature rich, very accurate ( more accurate than a laser measure needs to be), super easy to use and USB-C CHARGING!!!! First thing: most of the people who use a laser measure, myself included, are using them for take off purposes; ball parking square footage for flooring orders, how many meters of concrete to order for a pour, check how high the deck is to determine what size scissor lift to rent etc... so generally accuracy within an inch (25mm) is more than acceptable. This laser is consistently within 1/16th on all the measurements I've taken so far ( within 50'). I've been measuring column lines in a warehouse (which in all honesty are probably +/- 1"๐คฆโโ๏ธ) and its been spot on This thing is super feature rich, it has the dual lasers so you can measure a distance from between two points, its a little tricky to aim both sides at once but definetely usefully for measuring between two inaccessible points! It has a very good built in gyroscopic level, so it can also be used an a plom or level, this also enables the laser to rotate the screen based on how your holding it!!! Its very easy to use, cycling through the modes is pretty intuitive and everything just works. Its built very well, it has an aluminum shell and very nice buttons, the USBC pot doesn't have a cover but I'll just pop in a genetic dust cover. Overall this is an amazing laser measure, I've been using the same laser for the last five years and this one has now taken its place. I wish I could give 6 stars. I'll keep this in the jacket pocket full time from here on out, if it ever gives me any issues prematurely I'll be sure to update this review.

Accurate with measuring the distance; instructions are not crystal clear to me
I'm only using this to measure the distance from one point to another. The instructions say that this laser tape measure can calculate the area and volume of an area too. To me, the problem is that this device is pretty complicated. The instructions are decent at explaining how to use the device but I didn't think they were great. I was still left confused on how to measure the distance from the device to the wall. I just pressed some buttons and figured it out. It wasn't crystal clear to me. So, I think trying to figure out how to calculate the area of a certain area would be too difficult. I'm pretty new to laser tape measures but the labels on the buttons are not intuitive to me. This doesn't help with trying to figure out how to use this device. There is a level built into the device. The back is magnetic. So, you can stick this device to a metal surface. This device will charge using a USB-C charger (using a USB-C to USB-C cable). A USB-A to USB-C cable is included. There is a nice carrying case included. It feels pretty solid. I think it can protect this laser tape measure pretty well. I have only used this device indoors. It's easy to see the laser indoors but I don't think you would be able to see the laser when it's really sunny outside. Maybe on a cloudy day it would be fine. I can recommend this laser tape measure but I found it pretty complicated to use. The labels on the buttons don't seem intuitive to me.
