Well made design.
Easy assembly. Love. Love. Love the craftsmanship and easy fill up and releases water. Great for winter weather usage due to freezing pipes. Would purchase again. So pleased with this product.

Not purchasing from them again
First, let me say I think the quality of the rain barrel is fine. Well for the most part. As I was putting it together one of the legs cracked. Each leg comes in two parts; top and bottom joined into a plastic section already part of the bottom half of the leg. I didn't think too much of it because it was just a small crack. I went ahead and assembled the barrel and added water. Unfortunately, I could tell the leg had cracked more as it bowed out. So I found the contact information here in the posting. I called them on a Friday mid afternoon (early afternoon for them) during the hours they state they are opened. And this is when the trouble began. I was immediately sent to hold due to customer service people were busy. After 5+ minutes on hold a recording came on stating they were closed. Interesting... closed during their regular business hours. I left my voicemail stating my issue. Almost immediately I received an automatic text stating the information they needed. I did so only to receive 3 more texts requesting information and a picture. One of these texts came in at approximately 2 am! I had already given all the information I could give and could not take a picture of the broken leg since the barrel was full of water. I wasn't dumping the water. Will they replace the broken leg? I have no idea. I do know that they are not making it easy to resolve a problem with them. So the other 2-3 barrels I need will not be purchased from them.Update: They offered me $15 credit for the broken leg because they are unable to replace it. I since emptied what water was in it to remove the broken leg to try to repair it (fail). In the meantime 2 other legs have broken where the legs are joined together. How? It wasn't in use??? DON'T PURCHASE THIS STYLE OF RAIN BARREL that has plastic, two-part legs.

Amazing rain barrel
I bought this last year and I haven’t had a single problem even though I didn’t drain it at the end of the season last year and it froze solid the only real problem is figuring out what size quick connect

Like but wait to see how sturdy.
Item fairly easy to put together. The stakes are plastic. And dont always stay together when putting into the sleeves. Weak side where zipper starts. Flops down as seen in photo. Would be good to have a support there. Because it sags. Water doesn't totally drain off the top. Hopefully it works and doesn't collapse.

Good enough for spare usage
Bought it to try because hard plastic rain barrels are too expensive. It's not great but it is collecting rain water. It is not super sturdy but it works. Not well design because of a few things - 1) once it's filled the top caves in so water is leaking from top instead of using the overflow, 2) the weight of the water would push the soft material out of shape and the overflow exit becomes useless, 3) the 2 "spigots" have opposite open/close direction so test it before the rain starts.

Vivosun collapsible rain barrel
I have to say I was a little skeptical at first with this product I tested it out at my house and connected to my rain gutter and it worked out well. I use it to water my gardens with natural water and not city water. This product is also great if your on the move and are collecting water while camping with the black bag design it helps heat the water and if you can set up high you will have heated water for a shower or whatever you would like to do with it. I highly recommend this product.

???
Whole assembling, 2 leg parts broke. I put them together with duct tape. Let's see when it rains if it leaks.

Rain Water is Free
Collecting rain water for your back yard garden will save money on the water bill and this one was easy to set up. I found a perfect spot by the down spout and used a few cinder blocks to support it and keep it off the round. I was absolutely amazed at how easy it was to assemble and how large it was when I was done. Not just for the garden but I can set one one closer to the drive way for washing my car. Good product. good deal good price.
