I love this stuff - as an avid runner I take EAAs after every run or after hitting the gym.This is one of the least expensive and it tastes great. It mixes really well in my 38 oz water bottle and dissolves easily.The smell reminds me of candy but my wife says it smells kinda like front loops!

doesn't really taste good compared to other EAA that are on amazon. other EAAs im able to finish but the taste in this is so unpleasant I'd rather not. At first it was okay, but the more you drink it the more I didn't like it. didnt see much difference in energy levels
