Excellent kit - everything you need
Great kit, perfect for high-end cuts. I used these for USDA Prime ribeyes last night - worked to perfection! I was worried about the mini-pump - but the seal and evacuation worked like a charm. Next up: Salmon..Highly recommended!

LOVE this product… at least the bags.
Bought this for my sous vide and the concept is great. These bags are durable and reusable. It’s MUCH more convenient than pulling out the electric vacuum pump/bag sealer. I calculated using each three times pays for the ziploc bags I was using. The only problem… the air pump. It works great, but it’s a PULL pump and a few weeks after using this regularly the handle pulled off. It’s still usable, but I found buying a replace pump (different style) was necessary.

Bags work well!
I made Sous Vide Steaks yesterday and they turned out great. The bags were easy to use and the pump worked well to suck all the air out of the bag prior to cooking. I appreciated the added clips to fasten bag to the pot.

Good product, some of it.
Bags are excellent. Good seal, easy to handle. Multiple sizes is a great convenience. Hand pump, poor manufacturing. After 10 uses or so, grip handle detached from piston. See picture.

Reuseable!
I'm moving towards more sustainable products. I've been working on reducing my plastic footprint. Using plastic storage/vacuum bags was something I was wanting to reduce. I don't Sous Vide, I use these for storing meat in the freezer. Buy a big package and break it up in to portions. It is great to use these: Vacuum seal the meat, freeze, wash, reuse.

Good for vacuum but it leaks when submerged
The media could not be loaded. It works, and for the price is a ver good option.The air pump is small and feels like a toy, but if you use it with care it will work and last for many uses.The bags feel robust for a plastic bag, the seal on top feels strong enough, but the air valve leaks the inside juices to the water outside when submerged, so you got to keep it outside of the water.Overall it was a good entry option if you are new to sousvide.
