The two different rods, one solid, one bendy, are am excellent idea & great for dealing with arthritis & joint inflammation. I highly recommend this item because it can be altered for different support strengths and it is a very reasonable price!

Reliable, comfortable, and well made I bought this thumb brace to help with joint pain and tendon irritation. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. The design is simple and easy to put on – it fits either hand without any faff, and once in place, it stays secure without being too bulky or restrictive. The material is breathable and comfortable enough to wear for longer periods. The stitching is neat, and the overall build quality feels solid. It offers firm support thanks to the two metal splints, but it still allows enough movement in the rest of the hand to go about your day. It’s also easy to wash and has held its shape and structure after a gentle machine wash. Good quality product, well priced, and it does exactly what it says it will. I’d happily recommend it to anyone needing reliable thumb support.

I have arthritic pain in both hands in Trapezium joint (bottom of the thumb) and needed something to restrict movement and support across that joint. I've bought just one Thumb Brace to try. It arrived and I put it on my right hand first because thats the worst pain currently. Within a couple of hours I've found relief without pain killers - wonderful. So now I'll try it on the other hand (this brace is ambidextrous) if it produces the same result I'll order a second brace. As others have said - its well made, detailed quality stitching, proper velcro, and not the cheap stuff. The key features I looked for, were: • A minimal profile overall so it doesn't cover and restrict any other part of my hand, palm or wrist. • Swapable internal support struts. This brace has a flat wound spring (which I'm using) and a rigid metal support in case of more serious injury. • High quality production values (stitching, materials, design, physical shape). In summary: This brace is one of the cheaper units offered here on Amazon, but it has given me almost immediate relief. In my humble opinion this is excellent value for money and I can't recommend it enough for the issue I suffer with.

Been using it for four months now whilst awaiting operation on my thumb. It is well made and has really helped. My only criticism is that the top thumb Velcro strap constantly catches on anything it brushes past and comes undone. It would be better if the strap folded in the opposite direction.

Don't expect it to cure a trigger thumb but it does give protection and support.

It gives good support for a while but I've been using it around 10 days and the Velcro is starting not to stick. I wouldn't recommend buying it to use for a extended period of time

Acquistato per pollice a scatto che ormai era molto dolorante e gonfio. Ricevuto ieri , lo indosso da 24 ore e ho sentito da subito sollievo. Il dito questa mattina era già sgonfio. Aiuta ad evitare movimenti che aumenterebbero l’infiammazione. Il polpastrello rimane libero e ai riesce a fare cose, guidare. Lo tolgo solo per cucinare e per lavarmi per non sporcarlo ne bagnarlo. Ottimo acquisto nonostante il costo contenuto. Ho le mani grandi ma la taglia S/M è perfetta come da consiglio per le taglie del produttore.

3 stars, because the metal part for light injury was not included. Cannot return it to order again, as it's needed urgently. Am wearing it now.

Une attelle simple et fonctionnelle qui répond à mes attentes, à un prix raisonnable (pas comme en pharmacie !). On peut même régler quelque peu la dureté du soutien, selon la gravité du problème. Je l'ai portée tout de suite car j'ai hâte d'en finir avec ma tendinite au pouce.
