I first tried Provitalize, they were great but too expensive so I tried these...they work!!! No hot flashes and I generally feel better (no bloating).

I was glad to find a Menopause supplement that also contains probiotics. Even though I can't say my hot flashes have stopped, I am feeling a bit better.

This is a great probiotic . Been taking this for several years and I truly believe it does help with my quality of life

The gummies tastes good. I didn't notice any changes tho.

These just weren’t for me. I tried them for a month. I was very heartburn/nauseous for the first week. After the first week that feeling subsided but I couldn’t feel any benefits from these. I’ve always been a pretty regular person so that wasn’t an issue for me. I didn’t have decreased cravings or any weight loss. I didn’t feel like this helped my menopause moods or increase my energy levels. These didn’t help with my menopause bloating. All in all, this didn’t help me feel better in any way.

Everybody is different... With the positive reviews I had hoped this might work as a more economical option to avoid the perimenopausal symptoms I am experiencing (hot flashes, interrupted sleep & night sweats), but this product is unfortunately a no-go for me. After taking it 2 months & letting my system adjust to this new supplement my night sweats & hot flashes are at an all time high, and my sleep is horrible. I cannot recommend this product & will be going back to my prior solution.

I have been using this product for about six months now and it has helped me deal with menopausal symptoms such as bloating, irritability, and cravings, and most importantly, mental wellbeing. I have noticed a slight decrease in the severity of hot flushes as well.

Helps me with the hot flashes and heart palpitations. I have definitely noticed a difference within days.
