Dirty bottles
The bottle caps were not tight some of the shampoo was all over the bottles ! I love the shampoo !

spilled all over in the box
the one bottle was just fine but the other had leaked and it was wrapped very well, actually double taped even but i had a mess of suds to deal with trying to get that tape off the bottle was unreal!

Poor Salon Selectives Shampoo
This is not the Salon Sekectives Shampoo I grew up with. It leaves your hair feeling dry. Also, the bottles came in leaking—shampoo was all over the packaging.

Bottles half full
These were shampoo bottles and for whatever reason, the caps on both bottles were slightly open enough that when the package arrived, it was pretty slimy and both bottles were wet with shampoo 😔
