Nowhere near the quality I expected for that price so I returned it and am awaiting refund which I have not received on my card

I had a necklace that broke, came off and I lost it. I tried to file a claim with Asurion and they sent me an email and asked me to send the broken chain/clasp and they would replace it. The necklace broke, came off my neck and I could not find it. I can't return it because it's gone. I am unhappy that I even bought jewelry protection plan because I paid for the plan, the necklace came off my neck and it is gone and not only do I not have my necklace but I also paid for a worthless plan. I would at least would be happy if I got the money returned that I used to pay for the plan that won't pay for a necklace that broke and got lost.

Nicely made product. The chain was heavier than expected which was fine for an active teenager. No issues.
