I bought this machine as my first laser cutter/engraver. It has worked great. Setup took a few hours. I purchased Lightburn to run the machine. The precision of the cuts and engraving is awesome. I have used in on everything from wood, glass, metal tumblers, etc. It has taken some time to figure out what setting to use on various materials. I am very happy with the purchase.

The large work area was very attractive, and upfront I'm still happy to have the space. However, I've found a few things you don't notice while in the shopping stage.A. Make sure your X-axis is aligned correctly, with it being so long one notch on the belt is invisible, until you need cut pieces to line up.B. There is no Enclosure /smoke isolation exhaust large enough for this machine, you will have to build one yourself (if you plan to work inside).. also the enclosure will be huge 3ft x 3ft x 12"-20" depending on your needs.B2. The one honeycomb large enough to the whole area(also made by sculpfun) is very expensive, and could be another DIY projectC. It will feel slow when doing large projects. It's running at the same speed, just in a longer race.The quality of the build seems good, parts are in marked bags with an easy-to-follow manual.Once you're set up you can knock out 25 4" coasters at once, or make large signs/wallart with nearly 2 sqft of workspace.

Works great and the safety features are great the only issue that i have is that the Lightburn software is a little complicated and needs more than youtube videos on how to’s

The media could not be loaded. I purchased SCULPFUN S30 Ultra Laser Engraver with Air Assist, 11W Output Laser Cutter.I had made a low rating of this, and had rated it low only because of the connection.The Laser cable connector that connects to the laser head is a very poor connection. From the video, the green light shows the variable power to the head depending on the shading. but you can see that the green light on the head that shows the power that's being sent to the laser head will totally blinks out.The connector connection itself is fully engaged between the laser head and laser wire.The picture shows the connection between the connector and the wire,I don't believe its the laser head connector itself.

This laser engraver is top notch. I put it together in under 30 minutes. This is not my first engraver but is definitely my favorite one so far. Very powerful, fast, and finished product is great. A+ in my book.

la forma como viene embalada y protegida, todo viene bien empacado e identificado y eso hace muy facil la instalación, tengo un problema es que el adaptador de encendido no funciona necesito que lo remplacen por otro

First I want to say through any problem I have had, customer service has been right on it. That is the only plus. When I first purchased it, the limit switches were not working properly. I sorted that out finally then the power supply stopped working. Two months after the power supply went out, the lens will not come off so I can change it. If customer service is the only thing you want, by all means, buy this product, otherwise, look for something else.
