Emergency ponchos
I took one of these out of the bags, tried it on. It was very easy to put on very easy to take off very lightweight, you couldn't even feel it on the body.I kept it on for about fifteen minutes and walked around, felt comfortable in it and no issues. It seems like they're really strong made of high quality. I tried to tear it by pulling on it. It wouldn't terror or rip, so that's a good sign. We bought this for an emergency bag that we have.

Love it or leave it
Fits like a glove...which is great because my body looks like a hand

Large enough for gear
This wasn't quite as thick as it seemed in the photo but definitely does the job. It's large enough to be able to fit motorcycle gear underneath or a military issue rucksack. It provides warmth in cold weather when the mylar side is on the inside and reflects when reversed. Afterwards, it dries off quickly for me to shove it in my bag for next use.

They come in small packages which are perfect to store in your vehicles.
I bought these rain ponchos for the vehicles for those times you have extra people with you and not enough umbrellas. The ponchos do a great job of doing exactly what they're supposed to do which is keeping you nice and dry.

Well-designed
These were perfect on our trip to Iceland. They held up to the waterfalls well.

A tad thicker than most other emergency ponchos I've seen.
These feel more robust than the normal emergency ponchos. I haven't had to use one yet, but I like having them in my go bags, my bike pouch, and all my daypacks.

Updated review
Update: Opened one up to test it out just to be sure. The length is not what I had hoped overall, my hubby is 6'2 and with a hiking backpack on the back of this will only cover to about his bum, so if we were hiking and got caught in the rain this wouldn't keep his legs dry at all whatsoever. Also the sleeves are short, they only go to his elbows and not much longer on my arms either even though I'm a foot shorter. So maybe wouldn't keep us quite as dry & warm as I had hoped, still good for emergencies but deducting 2 stars for that. It's also kind of loud to wear when walking, I guess I shouldn't be surprised by that considering the material but it's something I hadn't thought about. Hopefully the company will decide to make them longer and with longer sleeves, or have a longer option available for purchase. Other ponchos I've used were longer with full sleeves and quiet, they didn't have the mylar but keeping dry is an important factor to staying warm.I've purchased other ponchos before but these ones are definitely the best and worth the money! Not only will they protect from rain/snow conditions, but because it's made with mylar it will also keep you warm! The mylar makes it extra durable as well while maintaining the lightweight portability needed for tossing in a hiking backpack or camping bag. It's also small enough to fit in a sling-bag or a large fanny pack. Haven't had the need to use one yet, but I feel very reassured knowing they are there should my family need them.
