The media could not be loaded. Product seems of good quality but with less finishing. Tried dropping it from a little height, didn't break nor scratch. Let's see how long it lasts.

Mug gets too hot to hold
While I appreciate the effort to create this mug from agricultural waste, I was unable to use it because the mug gets too hot to hold if you pour hot liquid inside.While most mugs get a little hot, this one was uncomfortable to hold.Hope you can work on the improvement, would love to purchase again.
