Ordered these, after one of the wires on a Henderson garage door failed, wasn’t expecting much!?But both old bobbins removed and installed these were installed in an hour(Though I am an engineer, if not confident apparently there are YouTube videos available)(Quicker than the temporary repair for the broken one)!!Value for money and like for like fit excellentBalanced the door perfectly

Did the job but no instructions which come in handy with a product like this!Good old Youtube put me on track and now have a garage door opening and closing better than before hope it lasts another 30 years!!

Product excellent value but garage door was not secure for over a week due to it taking over a week for Evri to find and deliver with Amazon Prime. Once arrived and fitted garage now secure and door better than ever.

Product is spot on, exactly what I needed to replace what was on my garage door.

Arrived on the day stated, can be an awkward item to replace but Very easy when you know what you are doing. The cone and cables are an excellent replacement for the damaged ones removed and reasonably priced and great value for money.

The only issue I had with fitting was that the roll pin that came with this item was too big for the fitting on my door (which admittedly may not be a Cardale). We just used the roll pin from my old mechanism. No problem

the product itself was easy to fit but the door frame was fitted from new with the springs attached making it very difficult to knock out the pins and remove the ends.
