We purchased this test and found it straightforward to use, with results delivered promptly. However, I must highlight my concern regarding the inadequate clarity of the results. As a family of engineers and statisticians, we are struggling to interpret phrases such as "...results indicate that it is ##.## times more likely..." The numerical value provided seems low, and we are uncertain about the basis for this calculation. We have reached out to request further details to better understand the significance of these numbers, but unfortunately, the responses we received merely reiterated the initial information. We are particularly interested in understanding whether the degree of relatedness is measured on a scale of 20 or 100. If it is on a scale of 100, then the reported number does not seem to align logically. They need to clarify whether we are expected to multiply this score, and if so, by what factor.
