How many balls on chain 365 and smaller 52?

Not too sure however, the larger chain is almost, if not, the size I used in Navy. I carry a medical device (light wt) and works fine. Hope this might be of benefit.

How do I disconnect the chain? I have arthritis in my fingers and it’s almost impossible to open it

There is one master link that is split on one side. This will allow you to open and close the chain links
