KAMENSKAYA Liquid Gold Leaf Paint - Alcohol Based Fast Drying Rich Gold Liquid Leaf, 0.68 fl oz (20 ml)

Awesome product. The white gold is very subtle and almost just a golden glow where the light directly hits and the rest is a pale silvery/bright/champagne type color. It is very beautiful and very light and bright. I covered a dark silver, almost gunmetal mirror frame and the transformation is stunning. I painted over metallized paint and it adheres very well. Compared to rub n buff, this is a different product. Rub n buff is waxy and designed to skim the surface layer of intricate designs. This product is thin and watery and fully flows into every relief and indentation of your surface. I used it on an intricate design and it almost flattened the appearance a bit with a full, even coverage. It was perfect for my project and absurdly easy to use. I did not seal the finish and I kept a small amount of product for future touch ups.

I used this on EVA foam (over a metallic brown spray paint base) for a gold crown for me and greaves for my husband and was very pleased with the results. It was messy to work with and took some trial and error to figure out how to apply and blend it out (a microfiber washcloth worked perfectly) but the results were great. After drying, I had no issues with the gold finish transferring or coming off. The tiny bottle shocked me but it was enough to do my entire project with several coats and some to spare (even after bumping the bottle once and gracing my craft table with a now-permanent gold splatter.) Beautiful sheen.

NOT FOR A CHROME FINISH. Great value as a little goes a LONG way, smooth finish, fast dry time and the color matched exactly what I needed it for <3

A single worked great on air dry clay! No under layers and it dried fast but stayed metallic. I might try doing a layer of clear enamel over it for gloss. shine

Great product, awful little brush inside. To be fair, I know something larger can’t go in the bottle but it is very stiff making painting with the product streaky. I had a couple of artists brushes on hand and they worked fantastic to put the product on. I love that it dries quickly and the finish was great with a different brush.

I am very, very, very happy with this product. It goes on easily, is a lot like actual leaf, and a little goes a long way so it is quite a good buy. I did use multiple coats for a bigger bang. I had previously tried liquitex iridescent bright gold and was very unhappy with the product. This product, Kamenskaya liquid gold, is a million times better.

This product is amazing! So easy to use, you can highlight both wood and hardware. absolutely love it!

A brilliant gold leaf effect. This metallic liquid gives an excellent gold, like Liquid Metal. The small bottle punches above its weight and with a brush attached to the lid, like nail polish the application is made straight forward and professional. I used it on dried Oak leaves which were instantly transformed into metal leaves .

Unglaublich, wie flexibel man mit der Alkoholtinte arbeiten kann! Ich bin begeistert! Ich habe meinen barock verzierten Spiegelrahmen im Badezimmer damit von Silber auf Gold umgefärbt. Da die Farbe sehr dünnflüssig ist, kommt sie schon beim ersten Auftragen in alle kleinen Spalten und macht null Streifen. Ich brauchte nur einen Auftrag, vollkommen glatt, sieht sehr professionell aus! Sehr schöne Farbe! Tipp: Wenn man das Gold an eine Messingarmatur oder -lampe anpassen will, sollte man vielleicht das hellere Gold verwenden, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Den aufgeschraubten Pinsel kann man aber eher vergessen, wenn man mehr Fläche bearbeitet. Der ist zu dünn und zu weich und liegt doof in der Hand. Zum Reinigen des Pinsels Pinselverdünner oder Aceton bereit halten!

Compré el de Khamenskaya y el de piñata porque eran los que aparentemente “competían” entre ellos. El de khamenskaya viene con 20ml y cuesta 9 euros. Viene con un pincel integrado que facilita mucho a la hora de aplicarlo y el dorado es precioso y se queda muy liso (al principio parece un color más oscuro y al momento se aclara) El de Piñata viene con 15ml y cuesta 10 euros. Tiene como un aplicador para echar gotas pero se necesita un pincel para aplicarlo y fuera del bote en seguida se seca. El color es mucho más feo, como un dorado verdoso y no es liso sino que se queda como con puntitos. El de Khamsenskaya me ha sorprendido gratisimamente y el de Piñata me ha defraudado (no creo que le de nunca ningún uso)
