As someone who has to watch their carbohydrate intake pretty closely, I love this cereal because it actually tastes good, unlike the stevia and monk fruit-laden alternatives that I tend to see. It's crunchy, tasty, fills you up, and keeps you going all morning long. The only thing I wish is that it were a little less expensive.

I also love that it’s relatively low in sugar compared to other cereals, so I don’t feel guilty digging in.I usually have my cereal with almond milk, and I found that it complements the flavors well. Overall, Ratio Trio Vanilla Almond Crunch has become a go-to for my breakfast; it's a nice balance of taste and nutrition. If you're looking for something crunchy and flavorful to kick off your morning, I definitely recommend giving this one a try!

Out of all of the keto cereals and choices out there I find this one to be the best. The flavors and the textures balls out much better than any other cereal. I have found thus far. It’s still not going to be the same, of course as a regular granola or cereal, but, it really is quality and surprisingly good for something that is keto based. My only wish is that the boxes were a little bit bigger and more the size of a regular cereal box. These are not inexpensive and the smaller size makes it add up over the course of a month. So for that reason price wise, I’ve given it four stars. But in terms flavor, texture and shelf life, it would be a solid five if not for the size of the box.

I purchased another brand keto cereal a few years back. It was like that crispy rice cereal. That stuff was so sickeningly sweet I ended up throwing it out, which is painfully hard to do, due to my upbringing.This is not overly sweet at all. I'm a super taster and the flavor is near neutral. It's keto so it will never measure up to old school American (candy) cereal. That said, it's quite nice. I don't think one could replace a meal with this but after a proper breakfast, one could then indulge in a small bowl to satisfy that childhood memory, or to add it dry, to a snack plate. I'm so old that when I was a child, adults wouldn't dream of eating cereal. Although I personally would rather they leave out the slivered almonds, as I could add them myself, and give me more cereal, to be honest, the almonds are the only thing that crunches after adding milk. I don't mind, it's still a very good cereal for keto. I do recommend this for a treat and I hope to buy it a few times a year, finances permitting. I'd appreciate a Honey and Nut type flavor as well.

This tastes ok, but the texture of the “flakes” is what I imagine eating a packing peanut would be like. It wasn’t very satisfying at all. It does have a lot of protein.

Great tasting cereal!

Excellent product. A main breakfast choice for us. Arrives to our house damaged every time. Unable to get Amazon to correct their packaging and mailing properly. It usually arrives in a mailing bag and the box of cereal is crushed.

Gets soggy really fast which is the only negative. Taste is great. For a healthy cereal, this tastes great. Just got to eat really fast!
