Works Great So Far
I modified my Optiplex 7020's BIOS to be able to boot from an NVME drive in the PCIe slot. Then I paired this adapter with a Crucial 1TB NVME drive and placed it in the PCIe x16 slot. It booted up as it should. I am getting read/write speeds now of over 3,000MB/s.The only con/unknown that I can see with this adapter is that there is no positive way that I can see to attach the heatsink to the drive itself other than relying on the adhesive properties of the included thermal pads. So far it's all still stuck together as it should be.

Coral
As it says in the description it does not support mini PCI-E which means this will not work with Google Coral. I tried on two machines anyway but it was not successful. Also note it is too wide to fit in the m.2 slot of the Coofun GK41.Seems like otherwise it would work great.

Great
The price and being able to run additional NVME drives is a no-brainer. I am using this with a 1TB drive as my video and Steam library; just be sure you have enough PCI-E bandwidth/lanes. The only thing I was leery about was the push install, but I have had zero issues.

Will fry your motherboard!
I installed this in my Intel NUC since I had a spare mSATA lying around, and a few seconds after powering on I smelled burning. I would not recommend this adapter as it does not work and will short whatever motherboard it gets plugged into.

It works great!
It works great on my MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015).

Good but beware of misleading labeling.
First off, this (like all NVME adapters I'm aware of) is only PCIe 4x. Don't be expecting this to be faster then one only advertised as 4x. the extra contact only provide stability in the connector (more friction and leverage) while a good thing the title could be misleading. In this case the 16 is probably really good since it contains no case mounting so the PCIe connector is the only thing holding it in. See attached image, the 8x and 16x connectors have no traces going to them and are perforated incase you want/need to break them off.Could do with much better instructions (-1 star) I really was not sure the best way to mount the disk to this, I took a few guesses based on the instructions and the one I thought was closest to the instructions bent the drive significantly.CAUTION: I couldn't figure out how to move the mounting screw to the other holes, I didn't need the closer in holes but if you have a smaller drive be cautious.Otherwise, going strong.

Works as intended - boots windows
Instead of reinstalling Windows after a motherboard & cpu upgrade, i wanted to keep the old system’s mSata ssd with the OS as is and boot it into the new hardware. The new motherboard only had a m.2 slot (pcie/sata).This device allowed me to plug and play the old ssd into the new board. It worked fine. A few things to note.1. Keep the CSM or legacy bios, do not force set the motherboard to uefi boot.2. Using this mSata drive takes up one sata channel i.e one of the internal sata ports will not work3. Set boot sequence properly in bios4. Remember to at least temporarily switch to Microsoft account login before the hardware change so you can retain and activate the windows license by linking to MS acc.
