It's stuedyz easy to use and clean. Keeps food warm and can reheat the food as well. I have been using it since last three weeks regularly for serving hot food in the cold weather. I switch it on an hour before our meal time and then just place it on the dining table and we all can easily enjoy the hot food. Cannot be used for chapati though.

One container was missing from the product the product was replaced when requested.when we received the product it was not working So we got frustrated with the product

We found it effective, functional and convenient for our regular use. Looks are good enough to be used on the serving table and not too heavy. Value for money unless you have misplaced expectations

Quite a good product. Keeps the food quite warm in the winter months. You can avoid reheating the food again. And the temperature is quite perfect. Have been using for more than one month. The food hasn't burned ever.Cons : The plastic on the lid cover has developed a small crack. Isn't troubling at this time. But if it comes undone, I will update the review.
