Good product bought many running bottles over the years I attached the hand held to a smart water bottle lightweight plastic bottle & ran with it better than expensive ones

These are brilliant for carrying water bottle more comfortably. Also handy to clip it outside a bag or to your belt using a separate carabiner hook.The only issue I have is I keep leaving them behind ! So keep buying more.

Used for my thermos mug which doesn't have a handle, good fit. Also fitted my camel podium chill bottle.
