I have tried multiple headsets and these are a Great option!! Comfort, size, sound, connection and call sound are all pluses!! Nice work!

I've had these for almost two weeks and sound wise they're pretty good. Fitting in my ears also wasn't an issue, but that's until I decided to lay on my side and that's where the biggest design flaw became apparent. The buttons are very pressure sensitive which is fine if you're using both for doing everyday activities, except laying down. The functionality of these buttons is side exclusive, even if you've gone one inside it's case, so you could only pause if you have the right one in use.On a different note, there last few days I've been having connecting issues where for no explained reason one side refuses to connect to my phone. And I swear it's a different one each time it happens. But the day I'm posting this, both aren't connecting at all and the case isn't going into pairing mode. Doing the troubleshooting steps on Sony's website isn't working so now I've got a brand new to me set of earbuds that don't work. I'm most likely going to return them if I can't get them to work soon

Had these for a few weeks now...I decided to roll the dice with a refurbished pair of earbuds from Sony, since the MDR-XB50BS is getting a little older. Surprisingly my experience has been pretty good. The packaging was fairly fresh, it didn't feel like I was buying a used product. The headset works, and doesn't seem to have issues. Though admittedly i was worried in the beginning when they didn't sound as good as the MDR-XB50BS... but after tweaking some settings I find I can get a similar output of sound with decent enough bass...play time while playing music and using the noise-cancellation is around... 5-6 hours for me. A little less if I have it hooked up to the PC via bluetooth. But they charge fairly fast.Kind of annoying that you have to use an app and create a sony account to properly configure these on your phone but I guess that's just how things are these days. I turned most of the "auto" functions off. It's much nicer just to manually switch between noise-cancelling and normal experiences.The EQ customizer on the app is okay. I like how many different functions each earbud can have with the multiple touches vs long press of the buttons.For about half of the price, I really can't complain.

I recommend you go on Reddit and read about these before you purchase them I know I wish I did they don't disconnect from your phone when you put them away in the container so they're constantly on I recommend you don't get them

Used about 10x so far walking my dog in the city, in a busy gym with loud fans and music and in a noisy house while vacuuming. Noise cancellation works great, easy connectivity and adjustments via the app. Great purchase

Sound is great. They are very comfy. Price is right. I'm on m my second pair of them. It appears that moisture eventually gets in and on or the other just give up the ghost. I use them everywhere though. Usually I get so lost in the music that by the time I realize I'm a sweaty mess it's too late. I will continue to buy them, they are my go to. Can't go wrong with sony products.

Would not hold a long charge! Terrible for audiobook listens. Get the WFC500 sony ear buds. Great holds 12 to 14 hrs good charge!

Love everything about the product. Only issue is it mutes randomly, it doesn't disconnect. Sound just stops coming through and you have to turn it off and disconnect the reconnect. Kind of annoying.
