Product size far smaller than that Mentioned on Amazon portal

The seller does not pickup phone calls. The delivered product does not match the product picture and size given in Amazon website. Product size mentioned on Amazon is same for all foot size numbers from UK 4 to UK 9. It is also not the container box size.
