Great drill bits for the money.

These drill bit are very sharp and work very well but will break easily with any side load. Good thing there are many in the pack! Would recommend

these worked very well through thick aluminum.

Ok, so these drill bits far exceeded my expectations given how reasonably they are priced. For context, I have a rooftop deck that had rather expensive wood boards for its flooring, so when the roof beneath began to leak (a total nightmare), I wanted to pull up the boards and save them for reuse after the roofers finished their work. Alas, when I tried to unscrew the boards, I found that the dum-dums who installed them stripped about 90% of the screw heads, all of which were countersunk into the wood. Infuriating. My next thought was to drill out the heads using a metal drill bit, all while trying to keep things economical, and then pry up the boards afterward. While laborious, this strategy did end up working. I bought this pack of drill bits under the thought that they were cheap and plentiful, so even if the quality sucked, I could burn through them without paying much mind to their cost. Shockingly, I found that they both outperformed and outlasted the one Milwaukee bit I picked up from Home Depot that cost $5 on its own! Each bit handled about 25 screw heads before dulling significantly, and this, without trying all that hard to preserve them. I don't know what else to say but that I can't recommend them highly enough!

Good cobalt for hard steels. Good value.

I needed to drill holes through a 1/8 inch steel plate and these performed great. I had to drill about 10 holes and a single bit used for all holes drilled as well on the last hole as they did on the first. All I can say is these worked great for me.

I don't write many reviews, but the strength and quality of this drill bit just blew me away. I was searching everywhere for a bit that I could use to destroy old electronics and hard drives, which consist of various layers of steel and printed circuit boards. Initially I was very skeptical this bit would work since I had never heard of the brand. But the price was much lower than other comparable cobalt bits, so I decided to give them a shot. Let me just say that the bit had absolutely no problem making neat holes right through several old 3.5" hard drives, 2.5" hard drives, and old cell phones. After the job was done, the bit I used was completely intact and ready for more duty. In the past I tried to use titanium bits from Dewalt, Milwaukee, and Ryobi for similar jobs and they struggled to penetrate without being dulled or completely destroyed. This bit puts those all of those titanium bits to shame. Highly recommended!
