Foil Trays
I purchased a quantity of foil trays for prepping and freezing vegetables over Christmas but is good for any time of the year.I've done potato mash, carrot mash, swede mash, Brussels sprouts, Parsnips and Packet Stuffing. With lids I mark up what contents are.It makes life easier to put whatever on a baking tray in a 200°C oven for 30 mins. Sprouts I add hot water and they cook merrily away in oven. The trays also act as serving dishes and once empty just throw away; no washing up.
