Excellent product for sensitive skin and rosacea
I have very sensitive skin, and the GP has suggested that I possibly have Rosacea or a similar skin issue caused by mast cells. I have tried lots of moisturisers prior to this one and most caused a burning sensation and redness, I have had an almost permanent malar rash for a few years now.I was wary of this product initially because it has a strong smell and traditionally this would be a no no for my skin. The product comes in a pump action bottle and is quite thick. Initially it has a cooling affect on the skin, I was worried this would turn into the usual burning but it didn't. I have now been using this moisturiser for a few weeks and it has been a revelation, for the first time in years I have no visible malar rash or uncomfortable burning on my face. I have worn make up over the cream on occasion and this works equally as well. I would highly recommend this cream for anyone with sensitive skin or rasacea.

Worked for me
I didn't think this was going to work at all so I was amazed. It instantly toned down the red flush (to the point that now my little thread veins are more pronounced, but they are so much simpler to cover up than total redness). It was commented on after first application. I'm definitely going to keep using it. I was worried by comments saying that it was tinted, but it's not a tan tint like La Roche Posay Rosacia BB cream (turned entire face tan with the red still glowing through, hugely unusable on my pale skin) but whitening instead which then I guess colour or foundations can be added on top of. I just use it to be less beamingly red cheeked during the day.

My skin is better with E45 lotion but if you are after a product like this then it's great value for money for sure compared to other products on the market.

Does what it says
My husband uses this product daily. He's had a lot of problems with dry and tight red skin patches on his face. The doctor had to prescribe a fairly potent cream to relieve it, one which should only be used on the face sparingly. Since then he has used Dr Lowe cream, this has kept his skin comfortable and redness free. This can be an embarrassing problem and he would definitely recommend this cream.

Useless garbage. If I could rate it a negative star, I would. I can't even rate it a 0 star. Just like all the other useless dermatological products on the market. Save yourself time and money and go look for a new cure elsewhere. This did nothing but aggravate my redness. You have been warned.

Lasts a long time, and seems to work reasonably well in calming my skin. It is sometimes hard to work in, and leaves a white residue on the skin if you haven't got time to look in the mirror to make sure it's fully absorbed.

Too greasy
Very thick cream which takes a lot of effort to rub in and doesn't really stop skin from redness. It is also quite greasy and left my skin with quite a film on it. Expensive for what it was. I've paid more for other creams and would so do again as I couldn't bear the texture of this one.
