I received the product the same day it was ordered. I was confused a first because I thought it was the wrong size, but soon realized it was folded in half and was the correct size.

I absolutely love this stuff. I have bought several rolls over the last few years. I make beautiful baskets for our animal shelter's annual gala fundraiser. We use them in a silent auction. This wrap is sturdy and stands up to moving the baskets around. We have to load the baskets in the car to get them to the venue. When I used cheaper, thin plastic, it would tear so easily. This has been a lifesaver and timesaver!

This cellophane roll is good for so many things. I've used it to turn grocery store flowers into an elegant floral bouquet. I also used this to wrap gifts (yes, cellophane ON TOP OF the paper gift wrap). Don't ask. It would be cool if this could be used a shrink wrap. Then I would give it 5 stars. Actually, make that 4 stars. It wasn't as durable as advertised. A few of the corners of the gift box tore. Maybe I tugged on it too hard. Who knows. Your results will vary and how you use it is only limited by your imagination.

I bought this to wrap baskets after reading the reviews and was not disappointed! It is slightly thicker than most cello wraps, so it didn’t tear. It comes folded in half, but unfolds without a problem. The baskets came out great! I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Please do not be an idiot like I was. This item comes and it appears to be wrong as it is folded on the roll. If you unroll it, it folds out to the full 31.5" as described. I make gift baskets and this item is great! I love that it is compact the way it is for storage. The cellophane itself is a nice thickness and does not tear easy. I will buy again most certainly.

The roll is so narrow. I was planning to use this for raffle baskets but the roll wasn't even wide enough to cover the bottom. This would be fine for very very small basket wrapping.
