Don’t interrupt the setup process
If you interrupt the set up process, the pin doesn’t get entered correctly and you can’t get back in. I had put in 9999 when I was setting it up but my granddaughter was trying to get my attention, so I closed it in the middle of the process and I shut it down.Big mistake. I’ve tried every combination of four same numbers (0000, 1111, etc.) and I can’t get back in. I can’t just reset it by inserting something in a pinhole like on an ereader because it’s based on android and has protections in place so no one can steal it. I hadn’t gotten far enough to enter my Google account so I can’t restore it that way either.On top of that, the company doesn’t appear to exist. There is absolutely no company name on the product anywhere. I’ve tried a phrase that’s next to the serial number but that doesn’t equate to any company that I can find on the web. It was a gift so I didn’t start setting it up until after the 30 day return to Amazon when my granddaughter’s birthday was. I have a giant paperweight. It looks cool, wish it worked.

I use this as I play piano.I am teaching myself from videos and it is light weight and fits on the keyboard.Very clear screen and good soundYou can pay more and get a lot less
