My grandson is almost 2 and he has learned so many words from this. It’s rechargeable and easy for them to put in the device. Light way for him to carry. It was a great value. It is definitely durable as sometimes he throws it on the floor. The picture quality is great. This was worth the purchase.

Pros: Great for learning; Some cards will say the animal/object name and the sound they make; The device will help your child be engaged; The device, itself, is durable; It's also decently loud, I believe there are two sound settings that you can switch to.Cons: The cards, as you can expect, are very flimsy; my daughter bends them up rather easily; the device is a little too small, should be biggerSummary:I thought this was a very thoughtful and convenient gift for my daughter. She gets to learn her favorite animals and vehicles name and the sound that they make, we can continue to help her familiarize with other items (Like fruits - which is also in this deck). Has a rechargeable battery. No wifi capabilities, no bluetooth capabilities.Again, this device is kind of like using sight cards/words. Your child will definitely pick up many words if you use this with your child daily.

This is a second set of Talking Flash cards which I got for my grandkids. This toy is excellent! I has a lot of two-sided cards. The cards are color coded by type; vehicles, persons, fruits, vegetables, ect... The on/off button is easy, and the size is very nice for children. Inset the card, the toy says the name and sometimes adds a sound effect. Beep beep, or growl, or something else fitting to the card.Positives:Font size on cards is nice.Cards are slick and nice to the touch. Sort of a slick finish. Nice.Cute illustrations.Sturdy, but will have to wait and see how long batter charges last.Colored cards with a wide variety of images.Negatives:Nothing seen.Overall, my grade a an A. Nice talking flash cards.

The idea is awesome and the execution is OK. The cards are not the best in the sense of the options they chose. There is nothing wrong with what they chose but for instance, there is a mother and father instead of Mommy and Daddy, which is typically what we teach toddlers. Some of the fruits are not ones that we have in the US or different names that we don’t use in the US. Not a real complaint, just something I was not expecting.

Great grandkids ages 2 and 4 loved it.

My two year old son loved this and it was interacting with it and repeating the words. Unfortunately some of the cards were misprinted so about 50% read the wrong words. The one we got my niece worked fine, so we are ordering a replacement which will be here in a few days.

Son loved this. Durable. Great for kids learning to talk and pronounce words. Great for toddlers and even babies
