Breckelle's - Ladies Indy-11 Bootie Boot

Thes boots are cute, well made, and fit nicely. They are also comfortable and affordable. I couldn't believe the price and thought they may be pretty cheaply made, but they are nice quality. I got the beige in a 7.5 - I usually wear a 7.5 or 8, and I almost went with the 8 based on reviews, but decided to try the 7.5 instead. it fits perfectly. My feet are not wide, but they certainly aren't narrow either. I tend to be close to a wide than a narrow so I was a bit concerned about that, especially since these have a pointed toe. Usually a pointed toe means it's going to be narrow, order the 8. But I had no problem with that. I the first time I wore them, I wore them to work. I sat in meetings most of the day but i did have to walk around and up and downstairs a few times. No problems whatsoever. they were plenty comfortable and looked really cute with my skinny-leg jeans. (They aren't really skinny jeans, but fitted in the legs, kind of like jeggings, but not. - can you tell I don't know the fashion terms for these things? lol!)

I wanted a pair of booties for the fall, and this seemed like a great buy. It shipped within a day and was at my doorstep a mere 3 days later. So fast! This color, for some reason, is cheaper than some of the others, which was an added reason to why I purchased this color.The color was true to the picture and just what I expected. The package came and the box was pristine, and the shoes were as well. I slipped them on over a pair of my tights and I instantly loved it. Trotted around my kitchen in them for an hour even though I'm Asian and putting on shoes in the house is blasphemy. That's how much I liked these shoes. They fit well, too!However, after a couple weeks of wear, the heel began to scuff and now stuff like gravel gets trapped really really easily in the hell of the shoe, so when you walk around it's like your crunching on the pavement, which is kind of annoying. But either way, I thought it was a great buy and would certainly purchase another color when I magically have more money.

These shoes are cute and feel comfortable enough. I don't expect boots this inexpensive to be the kind you wear all day, but these should be fine for short-term wear. I have a little extra room in mine, so I might put in a cushy insert. My big complaint is the slick soles. It's just ridiculous. I should not be able to skate across my carpet in boots, and yet I can in these. It's the one thing that has me thinking about returning them. I may do as another reviewer has, and just scuff them up on some rough concrete or with a metal file. They are too slick to be safely wearable without some kind of traction on the soles. As of now, there is none.Edit: I looked at these same shoes on other sites after receiving these from Amazon, because I have another pair of Breckelles that I ordered from a boutique and they DO NOT have slick soles. It made me wonder. Other sites describe the shoes as having "non-skid soles", which makes me wonder if these are knock-offs. My other pair of Breckelles have much nicer soles and seem better made. I'd order any shoes of this brand from another source.

Unfortunately I ordered a size 8 (normally a size 7.5 but everyone said to go bigger) and was delivered a size 8.5. They feel a little roomy but I should be able to make it work with thick socks. The color looks just like the picture, material is brand new and luckily I don't have the chemical smell that everyone else mentioned.. Gonna stick with the 8.5's for a concert this weekend but if they destroy my feet I'm sizing down for sure (bummer!). Overall worth the $$.

I bought these for a school musical, but I have continued wearing them after the show was over. They're really cute and I love them, but the toe part has worn off. I am very clumsy and stub my toes a lot. Also, the reason that I find them uncomfortable after a few hours is because I usually only wear sneakers or hiking boots, so the little amount of heel hurt my feet after a few hours. But really cute!

Great boots for the price. I did not have any of the issues that other reviewers had. Mine came in perfect condition with no nails through the bottom, no weird smell, and with the heel well secured. The boots I received are awesome! They fit exactly as I expected them to. The only thing I can think of that might bother someone is that there's absolutely no grip on the bottom; it's just flat and smooth. Doesn't bother me though. I haven't gotten to wear them too many times yet, but they have always been comfortable, never hurting my feet. They seem like a quality, durable product. I'm planning on buying more in different colors because they're really cute!

Super cute! I like wearing them with cuffed jeans. Four stars for the well known smell. I kept them outside for more than a week. It is pretty overbearing. (No, really..my mom wanted me to throw them out). Four months later, the smell is not as strong so I'm able to keep them in my closet. They fit well, however, I wouldn't wear them when you have to be on your feet for a long period of time.

I really like this product. I just received them and they were packaged very well. They also came about a week and a half before the expected delivery date, so that was a nice surprise. I have a wide foot and they fit somewhat snug, but I am sure that with wear they will break in and that won't be a problem. They seem like they would be comfortable for extended periods of wear, but like I said I just received them today so I am not 100% sure. They seem like a very good quality, especially for the price. Overall I am super happy with these boots and would definitely recommend them to my friends. Hope this helps!
