Easy Spirit Women's Piers Walking Shoe

These shoes are great. I had hip surgery twice in 2 months last year. The shoes I was wearing made me feel like I was favoring one leg over the other. Which may be a natural reaction after surgery. I just did not feel that I was getting the balance I needed. The shoes I was wearing I had just picked up at a local "mart". I got these last week, what a difference. My legs feel great, the shoes are sturdy and well made. I am just saying that getting a well made shoe helped make a difference for me. These came quickly and were well packed. Would recommend the shoe and seller.

This is the second pair of these shoes that I have and I love them. I am not a athletic shoe person, but I bought my first pair because I was going to be doing a lot of walking on vacation. I don't like tie-up shoes and what drew me to these shoes was the fact that they are slip-ons. These shoes are so comfortable and light weight that I decided I wanted another pair other than white. I ordered the shoe in the natural color and now I have a white pair for Spring and Summer and a natural for fall and winter. You won't go wrong with these shoes.

I loved the style of the shoe and the color and the fabric also, very smart looking. Actually they were just what I was looking for, a slip on shoe for walking. I should have ordered them a 1/2 size larger

This is my 3rd pair of Easy Spirit Piers Slip-on shoe. I walk every day---at least 30 to 45 minutes---and have had a challenging time finding a lightweight, flexible sole shoe. This fits my requirements. Other athletic type of shoes are too stiff in the sole and the latest research now says we should have very flexible shoes to give the muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones in our feet exercise. These are great and I hope they will be available for a long time! I may have to order them soon, again!

I have preferred Easy Spirit shoes for years. I bought a style like "Piers" several years ago, and was chagrined this past spring to be unable to find something similar. I chanced the shoe being available in October and found them on sale (yes!) in Amazon with Shoe Station. Oh goody! I ordered a black pair to replace the ones I used to have plus a navy pair. When I got the shoes I was so satisfied, I bought 2 more pair. Thank you!

This shoe fits my foot very well, and is extremely comfortable to wear. The toe box is narrower than some other shoes, and tapered to reflect natural shape of toes, instead of boxy as are other shoes. I just wish this shoe was available in more colors.

I was very disappointed in these shoes. The worse pair of Easy Spirits I ever put on my feet. They were stiff and the foot of the shoe did not seem to have any cushion at all. Extremely uncomfortable. Have had many pairs of great Easy Spirit but this was not one of them. Had to send them back at my own expense which added insult to injury. Purchased a pair of Sketchers which look much the same as the Easy Spirits and they are absolute opposite....they are heavenly on my feet and legs.

I recently wore these shoes on a trip to Japan. Easy off and on at the door, and still really comfortable after 24 hours of travelling. I have bad knees and I was able to wear these shoes to climb and hike without discomfort. The elastic kept them comfortable, I usually wear a sturdy walking shoe and these were surprisingly stable and easy to wear. I intend to buy another color as well.
