Very Pretty Skirt....But a BEAUTIFUL Dress, Too....!!!

I'm a Plus-petite and this item drags the floor in the back when I wore it as a skirt.....but it's cute and looks great, so I just wear it with a strapless bra and turned it into a very cute sundress, or over my swimsuit as a beach cover-up....!!! The fabric feels so good and I ended up getting some good use out of it...!!!
