I found the heel way to high for me. I should have ordered the ones that are smaller in heel height. But the merchant was great in his understanding.

Normally I wear a 10.5 or an 11.... So I was surprised that I had to squeeze my foot into the size 11 shoe with the shoehorn (came in the box). After wearing the shoe about an hour, I had to take it off. A few days later I was able to wear it almost all day. It's a great idea, but the shoes are uncomfortable.

The product was light as described. However, it started wearing off on the very first week of use. I started seeing white patches on the second week of use. After 3 months, the shoes were unusable. I have attached some pictures with my review. I have contacted the seller reporting the problem. The seller asked me to send some pictures. After taking a look at the picture, the seller refused to replace the item stating that it was a normal wear off. I have other leather shoes at home which I am wearing since last 5 years. I don't know why the seller considers these kind of wear off normal within 3 months of use.

The shoes themselves run big, but I managed to work around it. I purchased these as a daily wear, just in an office setting. Within two weeks, the black polish on the shoe began to rub off leaving a noticeable gray patch. I was extremely disappointed in the product.

This definitely makes me look taller. The awkward thing is that it makes me walk funny given the lack of flexibility with having your heels too high. But I suppose that's to be expected.

I bought 7.5 size for my son. The product arrived and we found out that it's big for my son. We contacted seller and it was immediately replaced because it was returned it excellent condition. I am regular customer for this seller because my son loves their shoes. Highly recommended.
