This is an essential tool that I absolutely need. It is very heavy and sturdy, and extremely practical! After testing, everything is functioning perfectly! The product includes an automatic jack and an impact wrench, and both performed well during the test.Very good excellent purchase.The product is great. I was hesitant to get this based on some of the bad reviews but, with the help of Alexa, I settled on this E-heelp 5 ton one. I've used it a few times, at the same time, just checking it out to make sure it work's good, on a full sized 95 van and it lifted it with ease. It lifted my heavy van pretty fast, about 40 seconds, I was impressed. 20 min. later and I'da still been fighting with the floor jack. The stability of it is great. I still used a jack stand for safety. The size is also great, much better than lugging around a cumbersome floor jack. I like the versatility and the functionality cuz it lifts straight up in one spot. Not like those others that sway back the higher ya go. I hooked it up directly to the battery for fear of blowing a fuse in my van. I didn't see any leakage at all. Solid base and the whole box with impact wrench and all only weighs about 18 lbs. Plus the one little detail I found to be pretty impressive was that they put velcro on the bottom of the box so it won't slide around in your truck and a highly reflective triangle on the other side so you can be seen when changing a tire. I would definitely recommend this item to family and friends and anyone else.

Like everything about it. Just haven't tested it out yet. Just hoping it works when needed. Will update review after use. But it has great test reviews.I finally used it and it works great. Pumped a tire several times than used jack and tire wrench to remove and install tires. Worked flawlessly. A good buy and price was cheaper than others.

great product I was very happy with it, it performed as intended the hammer drill that comes with is great on removing the lug nuts. make removing them a breeze and love all the other things it has like the small light that shines up to see where the jack point please the air compressor to fill up the tires with I was very happy with it.its a little on the heavy side but it is very sturdy which is a plus

****PLEASE SEE UPDATE****WARNING!!!!! ALWAYS KEEP EXTRA FUSES IN YOUR VEHICLE OF YOUR USING THIS JACK EXCLUSIVELY.I bought this unit to replace my 2 ton jack that started failing due to a hydraulic leak. The product lifted my full size truck without a problem. I was changing my brakes and decided to give this unit a try. It comes with 2 options for power 1 - a cigarette lighter adaptor or 2 - alligator cables to connect directly to the battery. I opted to direct connect to the battery. It raised the vehicle effortlessly and I used my jack stands to support the vehicle. I then used the included impact wrench to lossen my lugs. Then a bad thing happend!No POWER!!!!I was done and ready to lower the truck and the system failed to operate. After checking the unit and all of the connections I found the culprit. A burnt out glass fuse (I think it is 7.5a) located inline in the cable. Fortunately, my wife's car worked fine, so I drove it to the nearest auto parts store and bought a few of those fuses. I changed the fuse and was then able to lower the vehicle. It would have been a nightmare had this problem occurred on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Do yourself a HUGE favor and if you buy this unit, buy extra fuses too. The company really should have provided at least 1 extra fuse,, especially since there is no way to manually wind down the jack once it is stuck and the fuse blew on first use.Hope this helps someone and avoid a major inconvenience, safety issue, or costly tow expense.***UPDATE***After speaking with their customer service, which is the best I've ever experienced in a very long time, they were gracious enough to offer a refund. Also, they pointed out that there are replacement fuses located in a compartment within the unit. They refunded me fully for the cost of the unit and compensated me for the inconvenience and followed up continuously to ensure that I was satisfied. All products are probe to have ssues, and when they do, it is how the customer is treated that makes a world of difference. For that reason, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars!!!Andre

Please dont waste your money, I regret buying this product. The E-HEELP Cordless Electric Hydraulic Car Jack Kit is completely useless and does not perform as advertised. The lifting power is inconsistent, and it struggles even under normal conditions—definitely not something I would trust with not even a 2-ton capacity claim.The cordless feature sounds great in theory, but the battery life is poor and unreliable. It either drains too quickly or fails to deliver enough power when you actually need it. That defeats the entire purpose of having a “cordless” emergency tool.On top of that, the build quality feels cheap and flimsy. This is not something you want to rely on in a roadside emergency or any serious situation. Safety should never be questionable with equipment like this, but unfortunately, that’s exactly the case here.Overall, this product is a waste of money. I would strongly recommend avoiding it and investing in a more dependable, well-built car jack.

This electric hydraulic jack is very convenient and easy to use. I really like that everything comes organized in a sturdy carrying case, which makes it easy to keep in the car. It feels practical and saves a lot of effort compared to using a traditional jack. A useful tool to have for emergencies and tire changes.

Lifting a vehicle is no easy task. My car weighs 3,889 lbs. so I opted for the 5 Ton E-HEELP Cordless Lithium Vehicle Jack. Frankly, I was skeptical regarding even a Corded electric 12V Vehicle Jack since it seemed it would be too weak being plugged into a cigarette lighter receptacle. Nonetheless, I decided to give one a try. Hmmm, to my surprise in my search for the best Corded Vehicle Jack for my needs, I came across the 21V Cordless Lithium E-HEELP. Cordless seemed even more unlikely to work but decided to try it since over the past few years I have converted to all Cordless tools. Shockingly, the Jack far exceeded my expectations. The Jack effortlessly and quietly raises my car to tire-changing level in less than a minute. Even more shocking, the included Impact Wrench too exceeded my expectations. It removed the lug nuts that were hammered on by a commercial Air Impact Wrench. The batteries are long lasting thus requiring no backups. The case is odd inside but houses everything well. I highly recommend this product.Since there are minimal instructions, I will provide a few tips. 1) The batteries have a button on the end, pushing it will indicate how much charge there is ... 4 is fully charged. The best way to know 100% a battery is truly full, hook it up to the charge ... the light will be red until t battery is fully charged then it will switch to green. 2) The Impact Wrench will only spin until attached to a Lug Nut ... when engaged with a Lug Nut, push the Impact Wrench toward the wheel ... its power will surprise you. 3) Prior to sliding the Jack under the car, spin the Spiral Column up until it nearly hits the bottom of the vehicle. Then slide the Jack into the correct position aligned with the Jack areas on the vehicle. Push the Up Button. Note: If the vehicle does not lift off the ground, change to the longer Spiral Column 4) Though the Jack, Impact Wrench and other items look in disarray in the case, it is configured that way.
