Have not yet noticed any benefits. I purchased this product as I was having trouble sleeping and I had heard that Pre-Biotic supplements may help. As stated, currently not helping with my sleep, but admittedly I have suffered with sleep problems for a number of years so it was never going to be an overnight success.
