AUTOSOL 1734A Stainless Steel Polish, 75 ml

Works well. Having used the standard Autosol for years, thought I'd try this, and it gives better results on stainless. Will buy again.

I thought that the standard Autosol metal polish was good but I thought that I would try the stainless steel version and wow! It is so much more effective on motorcycle exhausts and anything else stainless. (As a tip I start with kitchen towel as it is quite abrasive and then move on to cloths). Very impressed with this polish, high cutting power and a brilliant shine.

Does the job

It is an Autosol product so what do you expect. This does appear to work a little better on Stainless that the normal Autosol polish but both work well. I use it primarily on a Stainless exhaust on my motorbike. Great at cleaning the grime off and restoring the shine.

In 1964 my father bought a 1934 Royce that needed work (his words) he used to swear by Autosol (did you change the name?) he would only swear in Belgium or French in deference to my mother and the kids.

I had some stubborn stains on my stainless steel sink that I just couldn't shift with anything else. This just wiped them away. Amazing polish.

Good, but doesn’t smell nice

Ce produit m’a retiré une rayure sur ma gazinière neuve alors que je n’y croyais pas. J’ai essayé le dentifrice, le vinaigre mélangé à de l’huile d’olive, et toutes les astuces possibles trouvées sur Internet, rien n’y faisait. Je l’ai acheté sans conviction… et pourtant, le résultat est incroyable. Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes. À noter que ma rayure n’était pas très profonde, bien visible certes mais elle n’accrochait pas à l’ongle. Petit conseil : mettez une bonne quantité de produit et n’hésitez pas à frotter fermement. Au début, ça ne fonctionnait pas vraiment mais en ajoutant un peu plus de produit et en appuyant davantage, la rayure a complètement disparu. Je ne laisse jamais d’avis mais je suis tellement ravie du résultat que je partage l’avant/après !

Excellent product. It cleans steel objects very well. Although the tube is of 75 gms. and costs Rs 350 but is worth it. It spreads so well that a bit of quantity spreads the entire area like tap, door handle, hand jet, steel lamp shades. It's suitable for all kind of steel products. I tried it on a part of my steel lamp shade just for comparison. Wow! You can see the difference as I have attached the photos. Just apply a little amount of paste and spread it well and after few minutes rub the entire area in a circular motion with your finger. You will see your finger tip becomes black with the residue. Then rub with dry soft clean cloth in the same motion until you get the result. You need to have patience to surprise yourself. The product is Made in Germany as written on it. I love the product.
