I have very thin skin on my arms that beeps with the least little pressure. I have pets and my arms look so bad most of the time due to their “slapping” my forearms. These protectors are great. They are thick enough to offer protection and then enough to not be cumbersome. Highly recommend for pet protection or gardening.

Well made. Soft and not too tight on my dad’s super sensitive skin. The sleeve can easily cover the back of the hand as well as arm but my dad didn’t seem to want that so he just folded it back and he said it felt fine. I had ordered him a few other brands so he could try several and compare, and he chose the Doctor’s Select because it was not tight on his arm and it felt very soft and comfortable. They now offer this product in black, so I am ordering him a second package! These sleeves may not check all the boxes for everyone as they may be a little too loose, but it is exactly what my Dad wanted so I am happy I finally found something he will wear!

The material would protect from sun, but they’re not thick enough to protect from bruising if bumped. Top of the sleeve too tight for comfort, for those with larger upper arms.

They fit my dad’s arms beautifully and he said they were really comfortable. I don’t know how well they will protect his arms yet because I just got them in, but I am extremely hopeful. Most sleeve type doesn’t fit him correctly because he had big hands, but these don’t cut off circulation. They don’t look like real skin they are a bit sheer. If they work then that’s ok.

Comfortable and provides great protection for my arms which have extremely thin skin. I have experienced arm skin tears just trying to turn over in bed, or barely brushing my arm on a door. I now wear these almost constantly. They are very comfortable, and actually fit my somewhat large upper arms compared with my small wrists and hands without any squeezing or gaps. Changing my original review on the color (Beige). The FIRST pair I ordered was a Light beige, and was very close to my natural pale skin tone. I wanted to order more, but Beige is no longer available. Very sad, because they fit so well compared to so many other brands I have purchased. You can wash your hands without having to remove the entire arm sleeve. Even after wearing all day, they don’t stretch out of shape. NO skin tears since wearing them! I can now walk around in my house or a store again without fear of skin tears at the slightest bump. Another advantage is the sun protection! Overall, these work well for me.

These are used on a daily basis to cover bruises from the use of aspirin by a Diabetic. No longer are the bruises visible, embarrassing the woman. They stay up, are very comfortable and are breathable. Best product.
