Compact and firm
The pillow is firm, it supports my neck and works perfectly while on my phone or watching TV in bed. Additionally, it's made well and has a good cover with a zipper.

It's small
I use this off and on when needed. I do wish it was slightly larger, it's just a little too small for me and I sometimes end up wrapping a towel around it to provide a little more bulk.

Not COMFORTABLE & Cozy.
This pillow is way too HARD! Does not conform to your head very well. Not comfortable.

Smaller & harder than expected.
This pillow is much smaller than I had anticipated based on the pictures in the posting. The size would make it good for traveling but I was looking for something for everyday use. Being memory foam, I was a little disappointed in how firm it is. It put pressure on my neck/skull base.

Neck saver
This is a simple device that helps me tremendously with chronic cervical pains; it is very well built the memory foam stays intact and is firm, and the curves for the neck work great, taking the shape of your neck. Is well build and durable.

Great if You Like a Firm Pillow
This is made well. Unfortunately, it is too firm for my head and neck. Some people might say it is hard. I will be returning it.

Neck Pillow
The item is sturdy. After several months, I dont expect the pillow to lose it's form. Pillow can be rotated pending on position & comfort one seeks for their neck. Very nice size, not overbearing in size. Neck relief the past couple of days has not gone unnoticed.
