Perfect 15ft Micro-B cable – no drops, no problems
I’ve purchased this cable twice already. The 15-foot length is perfect for my van setup — I use it to connect devices in different parts of the vehicle, including a camera near the kitchen and in other spots. It also works great for charging and data transfer. The connectors feel solid, and I’ve had zero issues with signal drops or disconnections. I’ve used it with external hard drives, cameras, and chargers — everything works flawlessly. Even after daily use, the cable still looks and performs like new.Definitely worth the price. Highly recommended if you need a long and reliable Micro-B cable.

Best Bang for the Buck Cables
Monoprice is the best bang-for-the-buck cables on the market. I needed a ferrite cored cable for my 3d printer. I have a Monoprice cable on my other 3d printer so I decided to get another one for my 2nd printer. Works like a charm.

Good Quality, Flexible cable, tight connection, Ferrite Core. For MINI or MINI-B usb (not "Micro).
- Good quality, flexible rubber-like plastic on cable cord exterior, good secure connections at both ends, has Ferrite Core.- Took a while to come but well worth it.- This "Mini-B" connection at the smaller end of the cable (i.e. straight on the longer edge and slightly curved at the upper edges) not easy to find, fits older devices.-TIP: Careful not to confuse this "Mini-B" or "mini" connection with the "Micro" connection. They look similar but look close/magnify e device-charging cable end to ensure ordering correct USB connection for charging your device.

What More Can You Say
It's a very cheap long cable. I use it to tether my Nikon D5600 for photo shoots. However in order to preserve and get longer use out of this cable, I bought a cable clamp for it as well.

It's gold, it's good 👍
Alright, so let me tell you about this fancy doodad I just got – the Monoprice USB 2.0 Cable. Now, I'm no tech genius, but this thingamajig has me feeling like I could hack into NASA or something (don't worry, I won't).First off, it's got this nifty Type-A Male to Micro-B Male thing going on – sounds like a secret code, right? But trust me, it's just fancy talk for plugging stuff in. And the fact that it's gold plated? Well, let's just say I feel like I'm charging my phone with a piece of treasure. Now, I'm not sure what 28/24AWG means, but I'm guessing it's some kind of robot language for "super-duper strong." I mean, this cable feels like it could survive a tornado and still keep my phone juiced up – talk about reliability! So yeah, if you're like me and know as much about electronics as a potato, but still want a cable that gets the job done with a little pizzazz, this Monoprice thingamajig is the way to go. Plus, it's white, so it'll match pretty much anything – even my socks, which is saying something.

Great cable for charging.
I have recently discovered that one of the most critical pieces in charging newer, higher-amperage cell phones is the USB cable between the charger and the phone. For instance, I was lucky to charge at 600mA using most of the USB cables I have floating around - many of which were purchased at places like dollar stores, or from online discount sites for around a dollar or two each, and assumed my charging issues were related to the chargers, not the cable.Recently, I ended up with a thick USB cable somehow and WOW was I amazed to see the charge rate on a charger I had not been able to get any meaningful current out of suddenly start charging at 1200mA. Looking at the cable, I discovered it was a 28/24AWG cable instead of the straight 28AWG cables I had been using. The slightly larger gauge cable provided enough additional current carrying capacity that my phone (Samsung Note 3) was able to pull the current it needed out of the charger. Of course I should have realized this, but I had mistakenly figured the current limiting was being done by the charger, not the phone detecting the lower-capacity cable and limiting charge current.Subsequently, I've purchased 3-4 of the cables which this review is posted to. These are great cables. They work as expected and permit as quick of a charge as is expected for the charger and USB device combinations I've tried. They are good solid cables, and fit snugly in the micro USB end.

Short charging cable
This is a fast charger cable and it being short works well on my counter.

Connector a bit too long, and loose.
With pretty much all the devices I've tried, the cord doesn't plug flush with the device - the problem there is that it allows the cord to torque while plugged in.I have two couches running along a wall, with a side table between the couches - I put the charge under the table, so with a 10ft usb cord I or a friend can be anywhere on either couch and charge a device conveniently. Since the cord fits so loosely, the little stresses from using it as a tether have culminated in a cord which loses contact intermittently. That is to say, unless I cold the cord at the right angle, the connector doesn't - well - connect. Other than that, the cable is fantastic - monoprice always builds their cables well, from the copper to the shielding. Here, the connector was the weak point.turned a 11'x12' into After a month of using it for a smartphone and tablet
