I saw a youtube review of WrathX and tried it all different ways.Before cardio so I get the preworkout in by the time I lift weight. It gave me okayish results with decent energy levels and not making me dead even after completing my workout.But taking this 30mins before workout and then going straight from Warmup to exercise was best. I felt like an absolute monster.The best part is no jitters and I can still get sleeping after 4hrs, though that depends on your caffein tolerance.Lastly the taste. I took Vodoo Black as someone mentioned it taste like cola and it does taste amazing but after 10sec the horrible aftertaste make it feel chalky. Though you can easily chug it down and that is not that big of a deal.One more point, dont use preworkout everyday and only take on days you feel very lazy as human body adapts very quickly and taking it everyday will make your body used to any preworkout and leave you wanting for more affective your health and wallet.
