Item described as 20 piece assortment. The picture shows 2 boxes, I big one small. I received a single large dressing not even in a box. It also came a day later than originally promised.

Very powerful and helpful wound care.
Our Doctor used this in his wound care office and I bought some to use when I changed my partner's wound dressing at home and it speeds up the healing time. Great product!

Product description is very misleading
The actual product is wonderful for wound care but the description for the product indicates that you will receive a 20 piece assortment in various sizes. I only received one piece. It does say "by the each", which is confusing.
