Great Quality, Size and Functionality
I love this thing. worth every penny.Been doing it a week straight and have already noticed a huge decrease in some knee pain and overall soreness from working out and being active. The quality is great, the bottom seems padded or cushioned, and is comfortable to sit in. I'm 5'8 and have plenty of space. I like to submerge my head and work on hold my breath. I found it helps you focus on something other than the cold. I also specifically bought it for the lid and the marketing of "change it every four weeks"I also bought a electric thermometer and its kept the water in the 61-63 degree range.I used ice cold water and three bags of ice when i first fille dit up. I could add more ice to get it colder but i haven't. I also live in Colorado and it's been a rainy few weeks. and my patio is covered and faces north/ little sun exposure. My only complaint is that I've recommended this product to a bunch of people and it seems to be unavailable! Great product and I wish more could invest in the company and support them.

After 24 hours, it is a good product (with one problem)
I bought the XL version. It came in a small box...I was surprised how much was in this tiny box... well done..."Assembly": it is hard to call it "Assembly" ... because it was so much simpler than "Assembly"... you simply slipped small poles into a sleeve... I like that kind of simplicity.... Well doneI am 6ft, 230 lbs, and I can easily get in up to my neck above my shoulders comfortably.... dunking my head is difficult... I would like to have had it three inches taller. The bottom is slightly padded which is actually fairly important for getting in and also for sitting. It holds A Lot of water... so you need to have access to lots of ice (depending upon your climate ... i have it outside on a porch in a Gulf of Mexico climate). I used 8 one gallon ice blocks from my freezer to start (water out of tap was 82 degrees). I used some six quart storage containers from walmart to make the ice and probably put about 4 quarts of water in each container and then put that in freezer overnight...The lone problem so far: The rim is supposed to be air filled... but it does not hold the air for more than a few minutes.... so I blow the rim up each time before using it (at 20 to 25 seconds). That is why I give a 4/5 instead of 5/5.If I remember, I will write another review after a few weeks or months.

5'8" 190 pound man - I fit just fine in here with big ice blocks
Exactly what I wanted. This is great. You get yourself one of these, some ice block molds, (I did 6x 12 pound but depends on your freezer space) a thermometer, and as long as you have a working hose and spigot nearby, that's all you need. Feels like I used an expensive spa cold plunge during and after. Highly recommend. It's collapsible but feels very strong and legit when set up.
