Can I wear it to sleep at night?

we do not recommend wearing this product to sleep in

Can i use the support for use on a broken forearm that needs support. It need to be tight. and cover from the shoulder till the elbow. Thanks

I brought the elbow support for my husband and he was very pleased with it,but it was only the elbow that needed support not the shoulder .sorry I can't be more help regards pip .

Is the splint worn at night with a straight arm or is the splint basically worn at day with the arm bent

You can do both depending on how painful your arm is. I have done both day and night and I would say that if you wear it during the day you cannot do much movements as the velcro part that is wrapped around your arm (on the lower part) keeps falling off. But I have used it to do some rowing or activities like that so that's probably why... When it comes to the night it is up to you but I would advise you to leave it at a comfortable tightness... I explain, I have used it many times at night and it really helped my elbow to rest and I felt much better in the morning BUT last time I used it I was in pain in the morning. I don't think it was too tight but it might have been the case or I put my arm in an unpleasant position during the night and woke up with a different kind of pain that was as unpleasant as the one I had fallen asleep with. But this is my experience... It all depends on the kind of injury you have and so many other things I guess... But I do enjoy the rest it gives to my arm!

Can you still bend your elbow past 90 degrees without the crease in your elbow being irritated?

Yes, I was wearing it while pumping up lifting jacks, a lot of plus 90 degree movements and had no problems
